Here is the sketch containing the concept of 1 original project I want to complete in the next five months.
The idea was written for my friend. We grew up together and studied instruments together. He chose to go to the conservatory to further his education and become a great piano player. But due to the pandemic and education policies, he had difficulty supporting himself with his income as an arts practitioner.
The concept of this project is to record the lessons he teaches and publish them as engaging online lessons on an online video platform. The content of the "lesson preparation" will be "student" oriented, and the experience of this "online lesson" will be enhanced through the content of the video and the filming methods, such as the use of words and changing the perspective.
This type of lesson is aimed at anyone interested in piano but has yet to have a fixed time to learn it. The advantage is that it reduces the cost of learning an instrument and meets the expectation that people will use their time to acquire new skills.
The development plan of the account.
1. The main content will be teaching courses and accompanying lessons. The video experience should be audience-centred to achieve the purpose of "active learning" in their minds and to increase their sense of self-efficacy in the learning process. For example, the role of the teacher in the accompanying video is not to supervise the audience but to accompany them for a certain period and complete specific "tasks" together.
2. Live streaming from time to time. The teacher plays some popular songs during the live broadcast, and after having a fan base, he/she can make individual tutorials based on the feedback from the live broadcast.
3. After having a specific fan base, the teacher can release some vlogs of daily life to show his or her persona and personal charm. Let the audience have an impression of the person using this account and build brand awareness.
4. You can start an offline training course if the development goes well.
